We match your people with their best-fit therapist for an initial mental health assessment, followed by 6x online therapy sessions. These private and confidential 50-minute sessions are usually held weekly.

The number of sessions you invest in depends on the size of your team and your budget (we’ll help you decide). This means you can manage costs and guarantee your team access to coaching.
These start from 20 per month. Your team can use these sessions to work on many different areas of career skills and mental fitness.
This option also gives you access to our in-depth reporting service – where we send you anonymised feedback about any common problems, worries, or complaints your team are having.
To help you improve your workplace, we give you reports on main complaints and requests from your team. Every 1:1 session is confidential, meaning the feedback is completely anonymous (so long as your staff are no harm to themselves or others).
