These three things must be present for mental fitness coaching to be the most effective. But this is difficult for any HR or in-house team to achieve:

  • Staff find it hard to trust colleagues with sensitive information.
  • Having difficult conversations at work isn’t always possible.
  • The staff helping their colleagues may not feel qualified.

That’s where our 1:1 mental fitness coaching comes in. This service gives your workforce access to 50-minute calls with coaches (who we match specifically with your business) whenever they need them.

Beyond coaching

Do you have someone who needs support beyond the capabilities of your in-house team? We will help. 

You’re doing the right thing, as an employer, by providing this. NHS waiting lists are too long. Private healthcare is too expensive. Plus, some workplace private medical insurance policies exclude mental health services.

We match your people with their best-fit therapist for an initial mental health assessment, followed by 6x online therapy sessions. These private and confidential 50-minute sessions are usually held weekly.

Group coaching

You may have a group of people who need coaching. These could be teams, apprentices, or new managers, for example, or a community within your organisation.

After matching you with a coach, we’ll put together a bespoke coaching programme to work with this group based on goals we set together.

This could be to develop communication among managers, improve performance reviews, learn how to manage the stress that comes with a new role, deal with imposter syndrome, support neurodiversity, or work with a menopause community – anything you need.

From £97 + VAT per session
Perfect for smaller teams and tighter budgets.

Your team simply book onto a session when they need it and you’re billed at the end of the month for the sessions used.

Retainer

From £4,997 + VAT per month
Perfect for larger organisations.

The number of sessions you invest in depends on the size of your team and your budget (we’ll help you decide). This means you can manage costs and guarantee your team access to coaching.

These start from 20 per month. Your team can use these sessions to work on many different areas of career skills and mental fitness.

This option also gives you access to our in-depth reporting service – where we send you anonymised feedback about any common problems, worries, or complaints your team are having.

Feedback to promote a positive company culture

To help you improve your workplace, we give you reports on main complaints and requests from your team. Every 1:1 session is confidential, meaning the feedback is completely anonymous (so long as your staff are no harm to themselves or others).
